Site Configuration
Learn how sites work and how to configure your sites in LeadEngage.
Understanding Sites
A site in LeadEngage represents a distinct web property or domain where you want to implement call tracking and lead generation features. Each site has its own unique configuration settings, including phone number mappings, tracking scripts, and lead routing options.
Typically, a site is a physical location in which you answer phone calls.
Examples
- A practice with multiple office locations may create a separate site for each office, allowing them to track calls and leads specific to each location.
- A MSO with multiple practices may create a site for each practice they manage. Additionally if each practice has multiple locations, they may create sites for each location. (Example: "Great SMILE Dental - Downtown", "Great SMILE Dental - Uptown", etc.)
- A practice with a single office location may only need one site for their entire account.
- A practice with multiple sites, but one central call center answering all calls, may configure all sites to route leads to the same phone number.
Site Reports
Dashboard
The dashboard provides data on all sites within the account. Each report attribute can be filtered by site.
Email Reports
Email reports can be configured to send data for all sites or for specific sites only. This allows you to customize the reports based on your needs. For example an MSO may want the MSO employees to recieve reports for all sites, while practice managers only receive reports for their specific practice site(s).
